PRIVACY POLICY

What we collect Account email and name. Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number). API usage metrics: request counts, latency, error rates. Execution metadata (tool ID, duration, status). We do not store the content of your tool execution payloads beyond the log retention window.

Why To run the service. To bill you. To debug issues when you contact support. To detect abuse and enforce rate limits.

Who sees it No one outside of Toolcall. We don't sell data. We don't share it with advertisers. Third-party processors: Stripe (payments), infrastructure provider (hosting). Both are bound by data processing agreements.

Cookies Session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies. No analytics pixels.

Retention Account data: kept while your account is active, deleted 30 days after termination. Execution logs: retained per your plan settings (default 7 days), then purged.

Your rights Export your data anytime from the dashboard. Delete your account from Settings. Email privacy@toolcall.sys for GDPR requests — we respond within 30 days.

Security TLS everywhere. Encryption at rest (AES-256). SOC 2 Type II compliant. Annual penetration testing.

Changes We'll email you if anything material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
