TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using Toolcall, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Account You're responsible for your credentials. If your API key is compromised, rotate it immediately from the dashboard. We're not liable for unauthorized access caused by leaked keys.

Usage Don't use Toolcall to run malicious code, exfiltrate data from connected services without authorization, or exceed the rate limits of your plan. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that degrade service for other users.

Data Your tool execution data passes through our infrastructure during processing. We don't store execution payloads beyond the retention window shown in your plan settings. Logs are encrypted at rest and in transit.

Availability We target 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime.

Billing Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.

Termination Either party can terminate at any time. On termination, your API keys are revoked and execution history is deleted after 30 days.

Liability Toolcall is provided as-is. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
